Crispy Air-Fried Broccoli

You are going to love this crispy air-fried broccoli!
I love having these in tacos, in a salad or served as a starter with vegan sour cream and sweet chilli sauce! They are suuuuper delicious and great to share!

Note: you can cook these in the oven too! Just allow 30 mins for cook time.

Ingredients:
-2 heads of broccoli
-1 cup panko breadcrumbs
-1/2 cup plain flour
-1/4 cup nutritional yeast
-2 tsp veggie stock powder
-1/2 cup oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
-A drizzle of olive oil (if desired)
-Your preferred sauce to serve with

Method:
1. Cut your broccoli into florets.
2. In one small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of the plain flour, nutritional yeast and veggie stock powder.
3. In the other bowl, use a whisk to mix the remaining 1/4 cup of the plain flour with oat milk.
4. One-by-one, coat the broccoli florets in the milk mixture and then transfer to the breadcrumb mixture and coat well.
5. Transfer 1/2 of the coated broccoli florets into the air fryer and drizzle with olive oil, if desired. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 180°c, turning once. Repeat with the remaining coating broccoli florets.
6. Serve hot, with your favourite sauce or as desired.
7. Enjoy!
